Our Story

Fifteen years, one throughline — from games, to a creator brand, to the tools we make today.

2011

It started with games. CVER.NET built motion-controlled experiments and a 3D fighting game that lived on Facebook. That playground is where the name CVER comes from.

2013

We were makers ourselves, running our own creator brand, MixFlavor. Living the creator life taught us what creators actually need — long before "creator economy" was a phrase.

2017

Watching subscription platforms rise, one thing nagged us: they only rewarded creators who had already made it. We started imagining something built on mutualism — where one creator's success could lift others. The idea stayed with us.

2020

When the world moved to Discord, we built a custom chatbot to keep communities close. It grew into MixFairy — the companion your community actually talks to.

2025

We incorporated as CVER Inc. to take these tools further, and gave the work a name of its own.

2026

That name is REEF: a home on the web for every community, built on the idea we had carried since 2017. Alongside it, PostOrange and a shelf of open-source tools we wrote for ourselves — now yours too.

One thread runs through all of it: build the thing you wish existed, and make sure your success leaves room for everyone else's.
